  • 2 cups peeled and cubed butternut squash Cut into even pieces for even cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and toss to coat.
  2. Add the squash to the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. Test for doneness and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes as needed.
