Marination

Cooking
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place chicken in the basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Spray the tops of the chicken lightly with oil.
- Cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken overnight in buttermilk. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Experiment with different spices for customized flavors.
