Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 ounces broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning (plain salt, Greek seasoning, or Nature’s Seasons)

Method

Preparation
  1. Add the broccoli to a colander and rinse under running water. Drain well, but do not pat dry. A bit of water still clinging to the broccoli is ideal.
  2. Add the broccoli to your air fryer basket and drizzle with the olive oil. Use your hands or a pair of tongs and toss well to coat the broccoli in the oil.
  3. Sprinkle on the seasoning and toss again.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, depending on how browned and crispy you’d like your broccoli.
  2. Serve hot.

Notes

For even cooking, cut broccoli into similar-sized florets. You can experiment with different seasonings, including garlic powder or red pepper flakes for added flavor.
