Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetarian sausage slices, onion, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat everything well.
Cooking
- Pour the mixture into the basket of the air fryer.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Check that an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the sausage reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Notes
To store leftovers, let them cool completely before placing them in an airtight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
