Preparation
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Scrub the yam clean and dry it with a paper towel.
- Rub the yam all over with olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the yam in the preheated air fryer and cook until tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes
Store any leftover baked yams in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave until heated through.
