  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half lengthwise and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well until the potatoes are fully coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  3. Cook until the potatoes are golden and can be pierced easily with a fork.
