  • 1 loaf loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce You can use your favorite style of pizza sauce.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to substitute with a different cheese.
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • Italian seasoning Optional for extra flavor.
  • Olive oil spray For lightly greasing the bread.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread into thick pieces.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each slice.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Lightly spray the top of the bread with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes
