Preparation
- Layer 6 ice cream sandwiches in a 9x13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the Cool Whip over the ice cream sandwiches.
- Drizzle half of the strawberry topping and half of the blueberry topping over the Cool Whip.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients, layering 6 more ice cream sandwiches, the other half of the Cool Whip, and the remaining toppings.
- Top with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
- Freeze for about 2 hours before serving.
Serving
- Take the dessert out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
- Serve directly from the dish using a spatula or cake server.
- For an extra touch, add a dollop of extra Cool Whip or more fresh fruit on each serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers tightly covered in the freezer for up to a week. This dessert can be made a day in advance.
