  • 12 pieces ice cream sandwiches
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup strawberry topping
  • 1 cup blueberry topping
  • to taste red, white, and blue sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Arrange 6 ice cream sandwiches in a 9x13 inch dish.
  2. Spread 1 cup of Cool Whip over the sandwiches.
  3. Drizzle with half of the strawberry topping and half of the blueberry topping.
  4. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, Cool Whip, and toppings.
  5. Top with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Take the dessert out of the freezer and cut it into squares.
  2. Place each square on a plate.
  3. Consider adding a dollop of extra whipped cream or a fresh berry on the side for presentation.
  4. Best enjoyed right after it comes out of the freezer.
