  • 8 slices Cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack work well.
  • 16 slices Pepperoni For a vegetarian option, omit pepperoni.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can substitute with balsamic glaze or barbecue sauce.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay crackers on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each cracker with a piece of cheese and a slice of pepperoni.
  4. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle honey on top and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm right out of the oven on a platter for guests or keep on the baking sheet. To store leftovers, let cool completely, and place in an airtight container for up to two days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
