Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 7–8 minutes until fully browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the soup to the cooked beef. Stir well and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
- Add the cooked pasta to the prepared baking dish. Pour the beef and soup mixture over the pasta and stir gently to combine.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving to help it set and cool slightly.
Notes
Customize with your favorite veggies or switch up the soup or cheese. Add a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, or Italian seasoning for extra flavor, and bake an extra 5 minutes for a crispy cheese topping.
