  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless recommended
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce More can be added for extra flavor
  • 2 cups Broccoli Frozen broccoli can be used for convenience
  • 2 cups Rice Cook according to package instructions

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce and broccoli to the pan, stir until broccoli is tender.
  4. Serve the chicken and broccoli over the rice.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, use the microwave or heat on the stove, adding a splash of water if the rice is dry.
