  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Bananas should be very ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup almond butter Can be replaced with any nut or seed butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey For vegan option, substitute with maple syrup or agave nectar.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, almond butter, and honey to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let it cool, cut into bars, and enjoy!
