- In a large bowl, mix the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Stir in the oats until everything is well combined.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls or press it into a lined baking dish for bars.
- Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Add chocolate chips or dried fruits for extra flavor.
