  • 1 cup oats Use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness as desired

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  2. Stir in the oats until everything is well combined.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls or press it into a lined baking dish for bars.
  4. Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Once set, enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Add chocolate chips or dried fruits for extra flavor.
