  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened 3 bricks
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups whipped cream
Filling
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Base
  • 1 pre-made cake or graham cracker crust

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a cake, bake it according to package instructions and let it cool completely. If using a crust, prepare it as directed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
Layering
  1. In the prepared crust or on top of the cooled cake, layer half of the cheesecake mixture.
  2. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  3. Repeat with the remaining cheesecake mixture and strawberries.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
